I focus on natural environments or backgrounds with minimal structures. Please note that I don’t work with complex urban settings or cityscapes.2. Subject Matter
My commissions are for feral and anthro characters. I specialize in animals and fantasy creatures, and all artwork is SFW (safe for work).3. Customization

I accept payments via PayPal, Ko-fi, or bank transfer. Please complete payment within 24 hours of receiving the payment request. If you need a bit more time, just let me know in advance!5. Turnaround Time
The standard completion time for commissions is up to 5 weeks from the date of payment.6. Revisions
Small revisions are welcome during the sketch phase. Major revisions may incur an additional fee.7. Terms of Service

By purchasing or using anything from me, you agree to these Terms.

GENERAL INFORMATIONSI. Commissions/YCH/Adoptables1. As an Artist:
• I retain all rights to the created artworks, including the right to sell prints or use them in other contexts.*
• I may post completed artworks on my social media channels.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission before payment is made.
• I start working after receiving payment, and the estimated delivery time is 5 weeks.
• I reserve the right to extend the estimated delivery time in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or unexpected obligations. In case of any delay, I will inform you as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline.2. As a Client:
• You will receive the original, high-resolution digital artwork without my signature, delivered via email.
• You may use the artwork for personal purposes only, such as wallpapers, personal prints, role plays, icons, etc.
• You may post the artwork on social media with appropriate credit to me as the artist.
• You may request work-in-progress sketches.
• You have the right to make minor modifications to purchased adoptables.
• You may resell purchased adoptables for the same amount or lower than the original price.
• You do not receive commercial rights to the artwork unless specifically agreed upon.**If you wish to purchase full copyright for commercial use, please see the price list provided in the offer or contact me. By purchasing full copyright, you obtain permission to use the artwork for commercial purposes, in accordance with the previously specified conditions.3. If you have not purchased an artwork, you have no rights to use it in any way (this does not apply to artworks "free to use").


II. F2U (Free to use) and P2U (Pay to use) bases and backgrounds1. You may use these resources for personal or commercial projects.2. Minor changes, such as adding accessories or adjusting background colors, are permitted.3. You may not resell my bases and backgrounds.4. You may not share "P2U" bases and backgrounds with others.5. My signature must remain intact on all resources.


PAYMENT INFORMATION1. Accepted payment methods are PayPal and bank transfer.2. Clients must be 18+ and use their own payment account to purchase artwork.3. Prices are in USD by default, with PLN also accepted. If you prefer PLN, let me know, and I will convert the price at the current exchange rate.4. Full payment is required in advance.5. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment request.6. I do not issue PayPal invoices by default. If you require an invoice, please inform me and provide the necessary details:
• For individuals: full name and address.
• For companies: company name, address, and Tax ID number.7. For accounting purposes, please specify your country of origin for each payment.


REFUNDS1. Digital content and custom work are non-refundable.2. Refunds are available only in the following cases:
• Adoptables: You may request a refund before receiving the final artwork via email. After that, the purchase is non-refundable.
• Commissions/YCHs: You may request a refund before work begins on your commission. After I start, the payment is non-refundable.


PROHIBITION ON AI AND NFT USEI. NFTs
You are not allowed to use any artwork purchased from me to create NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or for any blockchain or cryptocurrency projects. This includes selling, distributing, or posting my artwork as an NFT on any platform.II. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
My artwork may not be used to create datasets or to train AI models. This restriction applies to all types of AI, both commercial and non-commercial.III. No Third-Party Use
You may not share or allow others to use my artwork for NFTs or AI. All rights to the artwork remain with me, and it is strictly for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
